What are Cecilia's favorite activities?Cecilia loves exploring the world through play. She enjoys blowing bubbles, creating colorful chalk art on the sidewalk, playing with dolls and toy sets, and making pretend meals—always eager to “help” in the kitchen with real ones, too. She’s full of energy, whether she’s jumping on her trampoline, riding her bike, or swimming. At night, she loves winding down with books, and story time is one of her most cherished routines.
How would $25,000 impact your family?For much of Cecilia’s life, we’ve lived in apartments, often moving and facing challenges that brought hardship and instability. This award would give us the chance to build a true sense of home in a safe neighborhood where she can grow, thrive, and attend great schools. More than anything, I want to give her stability—a forever home with traditions like marking her height on a doorframe as she grows. This gift would completely change the trajectory of her childhood, it would give her the world!
