The profile photo is designed to use a landscape image (horizontal orientation, i.e., 700x560) and will not allow for the full image to be displayed if you are trying to use a portrait (vertical) image instead. If your problem persists, you may try uploading from a different device and/or browser.
We recommend trying to vote again from a different device or browser, as this will often fix most issues. Another possibility could be that it has not been a full 24 hours since your last vote. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our support team below and we will be happy to help.
Look for your profile link in any of our official Competition emails. You can easily copy and share the link with anyone you’d like.
You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours, and you can cast "Donation Votes" for your favorite Competitor at any time.
There will always be a slight delay from the time you change your profile photo to the time your photo is updated for Facebook sharing. We recommend minimizing the number of times you update your profile photo to prevent this delay.
We have a strict “no refund” policy which Voters agree to when they make a purchase. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system. As a Voter, you are responsible for understanding this upon casting votes for the competitor in the competition.
Each Competitor is randomly assigned a Group at the beginning of the Competition. There are multiple rounds in the Competition, and you’re only competing against the other Competitors within your Group for the first few rounds. We make every effort to ensure that Groups contain an equal number of Competitors throughout the Competition.

Toddler of the Year is an online competition celebrating kids ages 2–3, giving one special toddler the chance to win $25,000, lead the Hollywood Christmas Parade, and enjoy a VIP Hasbro experience—including a visit to a Peppa Pig theme park!
No. This Competition is operated by Colossal as part of a fundraising campaign for DTCare, a 501(c)(3) charity, which awards a grant to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation at the conclusion of the Competition.
Funds raised in support of the The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation will come from votes made by donation through the competition. 100% of donations made through the Toddler of the Year competition will go directly to DTCare, which will subsequently grant donation funds (minus competition fees/costs and a nominal percentage (1%) retained by DTCare) to the The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. The grant will help support The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in their mission to deliver hope and holiday joy to children in need.
Many charities with honorable missions lack the bandwidth to run effective fundraising campaigns year-round. Through this competition, DTCare allows the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation to spend less time raising funds, and more time focusing on its mission.
