Hendrix embodies strength, joy and resilience in everything he does. At 3 and a half years old he's been through so much therapy already, and to see what this kid is capable of is inspiring. Hendrix has taught us to view the world from a unique lens and he is thriving and turning heads with his cute curls. Hendrix is brave and bright and beautifully himself. Hendrix is a burst of sunshine with a fearless spirit; sometimes a little too fearless :) Hendrix is literally the sweetest human.
What are Hendrix's favorite activities?Hendrix is always on the move and so full of energy always. He loves climbing anything in sight and if you have ever come to our house you will catch him planking on the table. Jungle gyms are his kingdom and the playground is a safe space. He loves to swing and climb up slides, as well as go down them. Hendrix's biggest obsession, after Bluey of course, is water play. He loves swimming and he loves bath time. He loves a good splash pad or water splash park.
How would $25,000 impact your family?Receiving $25,000 would truly be life changing for our family. We have a child with level 3 autism & with that comes a lot of challenges with significant financial demands. Currently we spend $200 a week in aba & speech therapy and that is with our insurance. Beyond therapy, it's also important to provide opportunities to expose our son to new activities & environments that will help him grow. This $ would give us the ability to provide Hendrix with the tools & support he needs to thrive.
