Receive Text UpdatesLydia’s little smile & giggle is the definition of sunshine. Her disease will cause her to lose her abilities starting 2 years from now. Right now, she is your normal toddler loving her little life. She loves chasing her chickens, high-fiving, clapping, drawing, & eating ice cream. Everything excites her & she will let you know with her “wheels on the bus” dance. Sometimes we need a reminder that despite such a tragedy, there are still reasons to smile. Lydia’s personality is that!
What are Lydia's favorite activities?Lydia’s favorite activities include dancing, swimming, boat rides, drawing everywhere and on anything she can, painting, eating ice cream, riding in her play car… she really just loves anything outside!
How would $25,000 impact your family? The $25,000 would impact my family by helping us with medical care & giving her the best life of memories that we can. Lydia’s life expectancy is mid to late teens, after she regresses & loses her abilities. There is a drug out there that could save her before it’s too late. We are waiting impatiently for that drug for FDA approval. For now, we are fighting for her & giving her the best life we absolutely can full of love & happiness.
