Madelyn is a firecracker! She love all people and making new friends. Madelyn has an impish grin when she’s doing something silly. She adapts so well to our transient military lifestyle. She adores her cousins and grandparents. She is extremely social, always introducing herself to anyone we meet. We recently relocated due to our jobs in the Army and she is as reunited with her best friend Nora. She likes to play with the boys at the neighbors house. We love this stage of toddlerhood.
What are Madelyn's favorite activities?Madelyn loves to play in a small pool with her pregnant mama to cool off this summer. She loves to play dress up and make daddy wear princess costumes. She likes to imagine family life with her dollhouse that her Mimi and papa picked up from goodwill. Madelyn likes to go for walks and deposit pebbles down the storm drains. She likes to help grandma and grandpa make cinnamon rolls. She plays well alone but loves to play with other kids and with mommy and daddy.
How would $25,000 impact your family?When Madelyn’s uncle (32) passed away tragically two years ago, his pregnant wife and 2 yo were left shattered. It became hard to see her and Madelyn’s cousins because our military obligations and the challenge of traveling with an infant and toddler is not an easy task. We keep up with them through phone calls and texts. The $25,000 would go towards Madelyn’s uncles family as they navigate life without their father. The remainder would be used to help our families travel to see each other.
