Sage is a fun, intelligent, independent friend who’s always ready for an adventure. Highly observant and motivated, Sage is not one to sit too still unless there’s a great book being read. He is caring too- always thinking of those he loves. Every time we all get home from our busy days, he’s the first to ask us ‘how was your day?’ The world is a brighter place because of his happy heart.
What are Sage's favorite activities?Sage loves to read especially anything by Robert McClosky, dress up in different occupations (current favorites are firefighter, police, and road worker), make believe with his Lego people and cars, play sports (very interested in wearing the Nike swoosh on his clothing to show his love of athletics everywhere he goes), go out with his friends and family (every Friday night to our local restaurant on the bikes) and run around outside with his dog John. He is up at 6am daily ready to go!
How would $25,000 impact your family?25,000$ is a significant amount of money. We are fortune to have careers we love as Sage’s parents, but as his mom I can only work part time to cover 3day a week daycare, while I’m home with Sage the other days. My work offered zero maternity pay benefits so I lost 5 months of income, and have taken a pay cut significantly by being a part time SAHM. Having this significant portion of money would allow us to rebuild our savings to continue to provide for Sage with less worry of the future.
