The least shy kid I’ve ever seen. Loves talking to people, and surprisingly empathetic for his age. Likes to think he’s older than he really is, plays with the big kids at the park. Curious about what’s around him, always asking what something is, how to do an activity, how to say a word. And he retains it too, tell him once and next time he sees it he’ll say “look, it’s an excavator!” or whatever it is. He’s very independent and doesn’t need coddling, but still loves to play together with us.

Thie loves playing with toy cars or real ones. Is usually driving them on the table or asking to sit in the drivers seat of the truck. He also loves playing hot lava in his room, using step stones to cross the lava (floor) from his boat (bed) to the treasure island (gym blocks). Loves going to the park and pretending to run a restaurant under the playset, asking what people want to eat, running away to make it, and running back for delivery. Planted veggies so now says he’s a farmer all the time

Would be a pretty great emergency fund. We’re doing ok but we’ve had a challenging few years. A tree fell through our house right after Thie was born. We then sold and moved to another house, but my wife had significant postpartum issues so we sold that one after only 8 months to be close to family. Recently, she was diagnosed with MS so that’ll be another challenge to get through. So we’ve overcome a lot and have made it through, but would be great to have a good emergency fund to fall back on.
