Amaiya

She is a social butterfly. She loves people, singing, acting, art, being goofy and brightens every room she walks into.

About Amaiya's personality

As a baby Amaiya was very observant and she has always been very smart. At only 2 years old she knew all of her colors, shapes, animals and she could count and recognize numbers up to 20. At 1 she was speaking in full sentences and since then she has only advanced. She has this friendly personality that lights up the room and grabs everyone's attention.

What are Amaiya's favorite things to do?

She loves to sing, dance, create any type of art, tell stories, play with friends and say hello to everyone who passes. Amaiya is eager to learn new things and enjoys spending time with her family. But one of her favorite things to do is to have movie night with her mommy and mammie.

What would your family do with $25,000?

Amaiya has a severe spine deformity. She has Kyphoscoliosis, rotoscoliosis, and caudal regression. She had a tethered cord release when she was hardly 2 and it was really hard for her little body. Her spine is made up of nothing but hemi vertebre and her ribs are fused. We are looking at one of the most complex surgeries in her future which we don't know the outcome of and neither do the surgeons. If she is gifted this money I would put it into a trust fund so that her struggles would be less.
