Gracie has BIG feelings! She will let you know when she’s upset or if things don’t go her way. She has a banshee howl that has been remarked upon by strangers many a time. But she also has such a big heart. She uses a few scripts like, ‘thank you mama’ to try to connect with you. She loves to make faces and act silly. She loves following her big sister around and copies everything she does. Gracie doesn’t understand danger yet so she loves to hug strangers and I think it makes their day. ❤️
What are Grace's favorite things to do?Gracie loves swinging and swimming! She recently has got up the courage to swim with a swimmy on and squeals with joy in the water! We go to the beach, a community pool, playgrounds, biking on our tricycles, we get ice cream and swing and slide at home. She and her sister also love sensory play and ask for rainbow slime everyday.
What would your family do with $25,000?We would put it aside for her and her sister. We recently started a trust for them. My husband and I worry tremendously about who will care for the girls when we are gone someday. I hope we live a long time to take care of them. I suspect they will be fairly independent but it’s hard to know what life will be like with a level 2 ASD diagnosis and I suspect they also both have ADHD as it runs in the family.
