Even through challenges, Jack’s enthusiasm, kindness, and happy-go-lucky personality shine brightly. He has a unique way of making everyone around him feel special and his joy for life is inspiring.
What are Jack's favorite things to do?Jack finds joy in everything—from car rides and grocery trips to hotel stays. Even the hospital is an adventure because he loves the toys, nurses, and making new friends. He adores his little sister, Goldie, and after waking up from surgery, one of the first things he asked was, “Where’s Goldie?” His ability to find joy anywhere is simply contagious.
What would your family do with $25,000?If we’re fortunate enough to receive the $25,000, our first priority would be making sure Jack always has access to the best care possible. While we hope his hardest days are behind him, we know unexpected medical needs can arise, and this would provide peace of mind for any future treatments or therapies. If those funds aren’t needed for medical expenses, they would go toward Jack’s future—whether that’s a college fund or supporting whatever passions and dreams he discovers along the way.
