Martin

Martin has a bright, playful, and loving personality. Though nonverbal, he communicates through smiles, expressions, sounds, and actions. He is curious, energetic, determined, and adventurous, always exploring in his own unique way. His sister brings out his joyful side, and he is protective and caring with her. Martin’s charming personality, persistence, and cheerful spirit bring joy to everyone around him.

Martin loves going to the park, climbing on things, dancing, jumping, and exploring the world around him. He enjoys books, dinosaurs, music, and watching Spidey and His Amazing Friends—Spidey is his whole world. He loves to sing in his own special way, and even his little mumbles bring him joy. One of his favorite games is running away so we can chase after him. He also loves bath time, brushing his teeth, and listening to songs like “Wheels on the Bus” and “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.”

We are currently living in my mother’s home in a one-bedroom living space while saving to hopefully buy our first small house. Due to Martin’s medical needs, I had to step away from work and become a stay-at-home mom, so my husband is currently the only source of income for our family of four. Any support would truly help us move closer to giving our children a bigger space to play, grow, and have beds of their own. One dream on our family bucket list is taking our kids to Disneyland Park.
