What are Vasu's favorite things to do?Vasu loves Dave & Buster’s, Chuck E. Cheese, water play, swimming pools, traveling, and exploring new places. He thrives on adventure and gets excited experiencing new things and environments. He also loves indoor playgrounds, sensory play, lights, music, rides, animals, and purposeful play that keeps him moving and engaged. Vasu is happiest when he’s laughing, exploring, and making memories with family
What would your family do with $25,000?If our family received $25,000, one of the biggest things we would do is take Vasu back to the Children’s Institute in Pittsburgh for another UEU intensive, hippotherapy, and other therapies that insurance doesn’t cover but have helped him tremendously. As a military family, we move often, so continuing consistent specialized care can be difficult. We would also use it for adaptive equipment, travel costs for therapy and medical care, and giving Vasu more opportunities to keep learning, growing.
