Yes, you may use your Free Daily Vote in support of your toddler. However, entrants are not permitted to submit votes by donation for their own entered child.
Each toddler is randomly assigned to a group at the beginning of the competition. There are multiple rounds in the competition, and you’re only competing against the other competitors within your group for the first few rounds. We make every effort to ensure that groups contain an equal number of competitors throughout the competition.
By entering, you only grant us limited permission to display your content on your public competition profile during the competition. We do not claim ownership of your images, sell them, or use them for external marketing without permission. You may update or remove your photos at any time, either yourself or upon request.
Children between the ages of 2 and 3 at the time of entry are eligible to participate. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and entrants must be permanent legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).
No. These are fraudulent services and are not affiliated with our team in any way. Many of these accounts falsely claim they can guarantee votes or rankings; however, our systems are designed to detect and prevent fraudulent voting activity from counting. We strongly recommend reporting, blocking, and avoiding these accounts.

You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours, and you can cast votes by donation for your favorite toddler at any time.
We have a strict “no refund” policy, which voters agree to when they make a donation. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system. As a Voter, you are responsible for understanding this upon casting votes for the competitor in the competition.
Yes! Every vote by donation is a direct donation to DTCare, a 501(c)(3) charity. Votes by donation are deductible for federal income tax purposes. DTCare will subsequently make the grant to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation after the winner is announced. Donors will receive a receipt via email.
Facebook verification helps us prevent fraudulent voting activity from bots and automated software and helps keep voting fair for all competitors. Facebook is only used to verify eligibility for the Free Daily Vote, and we do not sell, share, or transfer voter information to third parties.
Toddler of the Year is an online competition that invites tots across the nation to compete to star in a national Toddler of the Year ad campaign, take home $25,000, and lead the Hollywood Christmas Parade.
Colossal Management, LLC runs the Toddler of the Year competition as part of a fundraising campaign on behalf of DTCare, a 501(c)(3) charity.
The grant to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation will come from donations generated through votes by donation during the competition. 100% of donations made through the competition will go directly to DTCare, which will subsequently grant donation funds (minus competition fees/costs and a nominal percentage (1%) retained by DTCare) to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.

For over 75 years, they've provided new, unwrapped toys to less fortunate children during the Christmas season—offering comfort, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Many charities with honorable missions lack the bandwidth to run effective fundraising campaigns year-round. Through this competition, DTCare allows the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation to spend less time raising funds and more time focusing on their mission.
